Request Account & Data Deletion

Penypost gives you full ownership of your personal data. You can delete your account directly inside the app or use this official web form.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted?

  • Your profile information (nickname, avatar, bio, interest tags) will be permanently purged.
  • Your active digital letters and pending penpal matches will be disconnected.
  • Data deletion is irreversible once processed by our automated system or support team.
Method 1 (Instant)

Delete Inside Penypost App

  1. Open Penypost app on your mobile device
  2. Go to Profile tab -> Settings (⚙️)
  3. Select "Account & Security"
  4. Tap "Delete My Account" and confirm
Method 2 (Web Form)

Submit Web Deletion Request

Fill out the form below using your registered Penypost email. Our privacy team will process it within 48 hours.

By submitting, you confirm that you own this Penypost account and request permanent data deletion.
