PenyPost is committed to providing a safe environment for all users, including minors. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
PROHIBITED CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR
The following are strictly prohibited on PenyPost:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Sexual content involving minors
- Grooming, exploitation, or harassment of minors
- Any content that sexualizes or endangers children
IN-APP REPORTING
Users can report any content or behavior that violates our child safety policy directly within the app using the report button available on every user profile and letter. Reports are reviewed promptly and appropriate action is taken, including content removal and account termination.
HOW WE RESPOND
- All reports involving minors are treated with highest priority
- Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline as required by law
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities worldwide
- Accounts found violating this policy are permanently banned with no possibility of reinstatement
COMPLIANCE
PenyPost complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to reporting obligations under 18 U.S.C. ยง 2258A (US) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
